What is "yoni steaming"?

Yoni is the ancient Sanskrit word for vagina, and literally translates to "sacred space".

Setting Up For Your Steam

- Attach the legs to your Seat of Life, and place your crockpot beneath. 

 

- Allow your herbs to steam using distilled or spring water for 5-10 minutes.

 

- Remove your undies and sit on your throne with a sheet draped around you, or large skirt on to trap in the steam.

 

- Now simply relax for 30-45 minutes. Use this time to just sit in silence, listen to music, meditate, read, write, set intentions, state your affirmations, chant mantras and words of power (hekau).
